PRODUCT SPECIFICATION multi-purpose 15° portable cleat Taco Marine introduces a multi purpose cleat that not only allows a boater the ease of an instant cleat in the location of a rod holder but also allows the boater to add a boat fender to the same cleat over board to protect the side of the boat as well as many other uses.
