Stainless steel structural reinforcements allow the 650 to be fitted with many equipment and accessories dedicated to professional and military heavy duty : underdeck fuel tanks up to 300 liters, gun mount, towing mast, etc…. The totally flat deck allows to support 18 persons, ideal for troops or heavy and voluminous loads transport. With a deep Vee and large diameter floats, it is a fast, stable and easy navigating boat, efficient whatever the climatic conditions and kinds of operations. This fabric is labeled ORCA 1670 decitex. Hand-made assembly and double cold glue vulcanization by high skilled workforce are performed. An additional strip is glued at the edge of each panel junction as well as a strip inside all assembled parts in order to ensure a perfect watertight quality preventing from any leakage. The outer CSM coating is an elastomer resistant to heat and abrasion in opposition to the fabrics coated with plastomer (PVC). Transom and deck are reinforced with CTBX marine plywood core and lamination. Crossing stainless steel beams also strengthen the hull. The deck is self-draining and anti-slip.
