Wood/concrete piers Our robust floating wood/concrete pier consists of a wooden superstructure of pressure-treated timber (class NTR/A) bolted to concrete floats with core of cellular plastic. This construction provides high buoyancy and makes the pier reliable and unsinkable. The pier can be made to the desired length without joints, and can subsequently be extended without visible joints. Anchoring is by means of cables, ropes or piles. Referenser
