cJoy Controller KONGSBERG Compact Joystick Controller Unit The cJoy Controller Unit is scaleable to fit any thruster configuration. It is based on the latest Kongsberg RCU technology. The controller performs all control, takes actions to operator commands and information from the various sensors to provide the correct control signals for the vessel's propulsion and thruster system. • Compact design • Bulkhead mounted cabinet • RCU5xx controller with built-in I/O • Basic capacity for up to 32 discrete I/O signals, • Serial interfaces for up to 7 external devices • LAN communication with cPos Operator Stations and cJoy Operator Terminals • All service access from front door • Built-in Test (BIT) facilities and error reporting • Simple preventive maintenance requirements • Galvanic isolators for thruster demand (AO) and serial line signals • Additional RIO I/O unit for extra interfacing Kongsberg Maritime reserves the right to make changes to the material or product described, at any time without notice.
