COMPATIBLE WITH MOST PU ADHESIVES Waterproofing Membranes ELOTENE DSFR 800 Self-Adhesive Bituminous Fire Retardant Membrane Total Vapour Barrier for Roof Application. Elotene DSFR 800 is a self-adhesive bituminous waterproofing membrane that forms a total barrier against vapour. Elotene DSFR 800 consists of a particular fire retardant compound with a calorific value lower than 10.500 kj/sqm. The membrane complies with DIN 18234. Elotere DSFR 800 is composed by a self adhesive bituminous compound, self-protected by a reinforced aluminium foil and a fibreglass net, which guarantees high mechanical performance. Elotene DSFR 800 is particularly indicated for industrial metal deck applications. • Vapour barrier membrane for composite multilayer waterproofing with low calorific value. • Low calorific value; • Waterproofing & Self-adhesive; • Self-sealing; • Cold applied without use of flames; • Total vapour barrier; • Provides a surface on which most polyurethane adhesives will adhere strongly; • Self-protected with reinforced aluminium foil. SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces on which Elotene Waterproofing membranes have to be installed must be dry, clean, smooth and free of impurities. If the surface is porous, apply a coat of Primer in a quantity of 70-150 g/sqm. The use of Primer is in any case advisable, and the manufacturers instructions must be followed.
