Interspeed 5617 TBT Free CDP Antifouling PRODUCT DESCRIPTION A TBT free controlled depletion polymer (CDP) antifouling which releases biocide at a controlled, consistent rate continuously exposing a fresh active antifouling surface. Interspeed 5617 provides up to 30 months in-service period, dependant upon trading conditions and specification applied. INTENDED USES In repair situations Interspeed 5617 can be applied directly over existing antifoulings. For use at Newbuilding or Maintenance & Repair. Use International GTA007 only in exceptional circumstances (max 5% by volume). DO NOT thin more than allowed by local environmental legislation. Interspeed 5617 TBT Free CDP Antifouling LIMITATIONS If the following maximum recommended exposure times before flooding are exceeded, antifouling performance may be impaired: Temperate conditions - 6 months Tropical conditions - 3 months On immersion Interspeed 5617 may exhibit a slight colour change. Apply in good weather. Temperature of the surface to be coated must be at least 5°F above the dew point.
