Intersmooth 7465HS SPC TBT Free, Low Friction, Self Polishing Copolymer A/F PRODUCT DESCRIPTION A high solids, high performance, TBT free, self polishing copolymer (SPC) antifouling. Particularly suitable for use where solvent emissions need to be reduced. INTENDED USES Specifically designed for Deep Sea Vessels. For use at Newbuilding. PRODUCT INFORMATION BEA774-Brown, BEA777-Red BEA764-Brown, BEA767-Red (only available in European non-regulated countries) Part B (Curing Agent) Volume Solids Typical Film Thickness Range: 3 - 8 mils dry (5.6 - 14.8 mils wet) may be specified depending upon end use. Theoretical Coverage Range: 294 - 110 ft²/US gal at 3 - 8 mils dft, allow appropriate loss factors Airless Spray, Brush, Roller Flash Point Drying Information Before Flooding Note The above times to flooding apply to single coats applied at no more than 6 mils dft. Where multiple coats (or single coats above 6 mils dft) are applied in dock before launch, times to flooding must be increased as follows: 48 hours at 23° F, 36 hours at 41°F, 24 hours at 77°F, 12 hours at 95°F. Overcoating Data - see limitations REGULATORY DATA For overcoating at 23°F allow a minimum of 24 hours between coats for 3 coat systems. 425 g/lt (3.55 lb/US gal) as supplied (EPA Method 24) 226 g/kg of liquid paint as supplied. Performance of the product is dependant upon the specified film thickness being achieved. On immersion, Intersmooth 7465HS SPC will exhibit a slight color change.
