To reduce stretch, HTP ® plus fabrics have combined tightly woven, precisely controlled fill and warp woven substrates with a coating of high modulus Polymer/Resin finish. Extensive laboratory and actual on-the-water testing reveal an unsurpassed stretch value at 1% and excellent diagonal stretch characteristics before and after the flutter test. In addition, HTP ® plus withstands wear from moisture, abrasion and flutter better than other hard tempered sailcloth.
