Unsinkable 174m2 concrete platform with a total weight of 80 tons make the houseboats extremely stable – like a house on land. The platform doesn’t have a hull and is therefore unsinkable. 114 XL Unique and Family Zunshine Living 114 also comes in an XL version, which is adapted to an alternative placement of the houseboat by the quay. The main entrance is moved to the opposite side to make room for a bigger kitchen. The XL version is offered in both Unique and Family model.
