- Main Profile: Available in 8.7, 11, and 18 Kg/m.
- Buoyancy: Utilizes polyethylene filled with expanded polystyrene and reinforced concrete floating modules with expanded polystyrene.
- Dimensions: Length options are 6 m and 2 m; width options are 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, and 3 m; height options are 0.5 m and 1 m.
- Floor Thickness: 22 mm, made from high-density tropical wood or recycled wood plastic composite (MaderTech kind).
- Protection: Options include tropical wood, polyethylene or composite, EVA, and others.
The reinforced aluminium pontoon modules are constructed using exclusive profiles manufactured from aluminium alloy (6005 A T6), designed specifically for marine environments. The modules are connected using elastomeric dowels with a steel mesh core and stainless steel fasteners. Customization options are available for nonstandard modules, including angled or client-specific designs, with or without piping allocation.
