YMV is currently a leader manufacturer in Marine Crane, Winch and Propulsion Systems including production of Bow, Stern, Tunnel Thrusters, while Milper's expertise lies in design and development of marine propeller and shaft pairs, including both Fixed and Controllable Pitch Propellers (FPPs and CPPs). The merger has come about in order to production of Propulsion Systems domestically with advanced technology under YMV production experience.
