The hull is made from 4mm solid carbon fibre, offering the strength of 6mm steel at a fraction of the weight. The use of autoclave technology ensures an optimal carbon-epoxy ratio, allowing for any desired shape and enhancing the tender's strength-to-weight ratio.

Performance and Efficiency
The Xtender's concave hull design provides extra lift, improving manoeuvrability and handling. It is more efficient, performs better, and has a longer lifespan compared to most ribs on the market. Its lightweight nature allows for easier transportation.
