Grilles
Specifications: The standard finish for stainless steel grilles is mechanically brush finished, with optional special finishes. Aluminum grilles are polyester powder coated to RAL 9010, with other colors available upon request. Grilles feature folded angle section frames with welded mitred corners and punched flanges for easy installation.
Features & Benefits: Grilles have unique roll-formed aerofoil section blades, adjustable and retained with coiled pins to prevent rattling. Optional opposed blade dampers are available, constructed entirely in stainless steel. Plenum boxes or neck reducers can be supplied in stainless or galvanized steel.
Types of Grilles:
- ADD: Adjustable Double Deflection
- ASD: Adjustable Single Deflection
- FSD: Fixed Single Deflection
- FSD45: Fixed Single Deflection with 45° blades
- FEC: Fixed Eggcrate Core
- FPF: Fixed Perforated Face
Dimensions: Minimum nominal height and width for both adjustable extract and fixed supply grilles is 150mm. Flanges are 32mm with 8mm Ø plain holes.
Materials of Construction: Grilles are made from stainless steel 304L/316L.
