FUERTE VENTURA WITCHCRAFT SERIES GUARANTEE CONDITIONS Witchcraft boards are of the highest standard in construction in the industry, however as windsurfing is an extreme sport which involves risks to sailor and equipment as mentioned above under part 1 it is not possible to avoid all damages at all times even if we do try to avoid the most common damages as much as reasonably is possible, including those that normally are not covered by any guarantee such as damages from impacts. Every Witchcraft board undergoes various quality controls during and after production. The quality is backed by our comprehensive guarantee policy. Witchcraft guarantees that this product when it is purchased from an authorised Witchcraft dealer by a retail customer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of: -1 year on boards with SDT and LD construction. -18 months on boards with HDD construction. All guarantees are valid from the date of purchase by the original customer. For guarantee claims, proof of purchase from an authorised Witchcraft dealer is required; if no proof of purchase is provided Witchcraft will judge the claim from the date of shipment from the factory and/or on condition of the product claimed. All claims must be made through authorised dealers as soon as possible, at no means the board can be used after damage is detected.
