Wintech’s proven system designs allow for smooth accelleration and deceleration of barge movement. Line speeds are infinitely variable from zero to maximum speed. Ramping up and down of speed reduces shock loading on the winches and rigging, thus minimizing potential for winch damage and cable breakages.
