Find a suitable location for wiring breakout. Maximum cable length between Winch and electronics boxes is 6m. Use supplied cable connectors for management. Proper installation of plug contacts is crucial for WingCommanderRC functioning.
Sensor cable is supplied without assembled connector housing. Ensure correct color coding of wires. Secure cables with a cable strap and braided cover. Connect the radio module to the CPU housing for good radio-link.
Only batteries may serve as a voltage source. Maximum voltage is 29.8V. Connect the 35mm² cable to the 24V electrical system, ensuring correct polarity.
Familiarize yourself with remote control functions and menu structure. The remote control includes functions for the autopilot system, which is a beta product. Safety features include a safety button and emergency program.
Ensure safety by unplugging the Quick-Stop Key and plug C9 before opening the housing. Test functions by operating the remote control and observing line drum movements.
Lines are marked for trimming but do not indicate the perfect trimming point. In emergencies, use line caps to separate the canopy from the boat.
Inflate the kite as per manufacturer instructions and secure it. Connect lines to the kite with the safety function activated.

Stop the boat downwind and minimize kite pull before retracting lines. For manual recovery, disconnect WingCommander, open motor couplings, and use a crank to wind lines manually.
The autopilot is a beta product with no warranty, and users assume all risks. Installation involves connecting sensors and calibrating the compass unit.
It is advised not to change the control parameters in the Settings Menu of the Remote Control or App, as this may cause the Autopilot to malfunction.
WINGit provides a warranty to the original purchaser against major material and manufacturing defects for six months from the purchase date. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but is not transferable and excludes rental, training, and commercial use.
To claim the warranty, proof of purchase, dealer information, and purchase date must be provided. An RMA number must be obtained before returning any goods.
The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, excessive solar exposure, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

Find a suitable location for the breakout to the wiring Winch with electronics boxes. The maximum cable length between the Winch and the electronics boxes must not be longer than 6m. The wiring on deck should be kept as short as possible. Use the supplied cable connectors for cable management in the breakout. Cut the corrugated pipe to the proper length, so it can be positioned draft-free between the cable connectors. Wiring CPU housing To make the necessary breakouts for wiring as small as possible, the sensor cable is supplied without assembled connector housing. This must be done after the running of the cable through all holes. The proper installation of the individual plug contacts in the plug housing has a decisive influence on the functioning of the WingCommanderRC. Please with every single step, check the correct color coding of the wire. Subsequent pulling of the plug contact is not possible! After installing the cables with a small cable strap approximately 1.5cm below the connector housing bundle, slip on the braided cover and secure it with electrical tape. Now plug the connector into the corresponding socket of the CPU housing(D). Now connect the supplied radio module (E) to the CPU housing(D). Mains connection The WingCommander works exclusively with 24 volts. Caution: Both overvoltage and undervoltage can lead to malfunctions and failures of the system. An incorrect polarity will result in serious damage to the system! Only batteries may serve as voltage source. The minimum capacity depends on the battery type.
