The easyRESCUE-Ao40-BW-COM enables to display the current GPS position of a person or a life raft in disstress on chart plotter or PC screen by means of AlStechnologies. Substantial modification to the equivalent easyRESCUE and easyRESCUE-A with its "auto activation"by means of water contact, this device has got a third activation mode: a mag natie switch with a ripcord. If the easyRESCUE-Ao40-BW-COM Is activated once.it repeats a recurring AIS alert radio signal with the GPS position of the victim. Of course the manual activation by pressing the "ON" button is still possible as well as the "water contact triggering The easyRESCUE has got full approvals of worlds most important institutions, which are the German Federal Maritime and Hydrographie Agency BSH, the US- Federal Communication Commission FCC, the International convention for commercial vessels SOLAS and the United States Coast Guard. If the ripcord was pulled and the switch was dissolved from the device, an automatically activation function starts. After activation the easyRESCUE-Ao40-BW-COM transmits an emergency AIS S.A.R.T message which triggers an alarm on all AIS enabled chart plotters/PC's within range, including the current GPS position of the victim. The emergency message will be repeated several times per minute.
