Functionality
The easyAIRDROP is equipped with an internal VHF locator unit, vmsTRACK-PRO-CS, which activates upon water submersion. It provides the current GPS position via AIS, ensuring rapid alert situation reporting. The device is floatable and designed for easy deployment from aircraft.

Operation

The easyAIRDROP is housed in floatable plastic foam, secured with rubber straps and a soluble tablet. Upon water activation, the housing opens, and the unit begins transmission. A weight ensures upright positioning for optimal signal radiation.
