Vikoma has developed the design and use of oleophilic disc technology to provide highly efficient recovery of oils with minimal water pick up. The Komara 50 has a powerful on board positive displacement pump. The pump can deal with the heaviest oils and is resistant to running dry. The rate of discharge is automatically controlled by the on-board float valve, so it does not require constant operator input.
