FasFlo skimmers are constructed of marine grade aluminium and have very few moving parts, so require little maintenance . The innovative design slows the water inside the skimmer, bringing the oil to the surface which is then recovered by a self adjusting weir at the back of the skimmer, where it is pumped away.
