ECONOMY CONFIGURATION THE SCOUT Economy ROV System has been configured for entry level ROV users who require very basic underwater camera functionality on a limited budget. The VideoRay Scout ROV system includes the 8-pound submersible, control panel. 40 meters (130 feet) of neutrally buoyant tether, manual, and tool kit.
