System Information
The Pro 4 IP65 BASE is an underwater system with a depth rating of 305 meters (1,000 feet) and a system weight of 38.5 kg (85 lbs). It uses the RS-485 communications protocol and comes in two watertight rugged hard cases. The package includes a hard copy and online digital owner's manual, a basic tool kit with spares, and a complete ballast set. The system has a 2-year limited warranty and is equipped with BlueView Sonar-Ready hardware and a sunshade.

Control Panel
The Pro 4 IP65 Control Panel features IP65 standard equipment, including dust and waterproof connectors, and a secondary 15” daylight viewable sealed monitor. It is compatible with all Pro 4 submersibles and most VideoRay accessories. The control panel can be upgraded for autonomous control, sonars, and positioning systems.

Submersible Specifications
The submersible measures 37.5 cm in length, 28.9 cm in width, and 22.3 cm in height, with a weight of 6.1 kg. It features a toolless ballast system and is cerakoted. The propulsion system includes three thrusters (two horizontal, one vertical) with brushless motors, providing 21 lbs of thrust and a speed of 4.2 knots. Lighting is provided by optimized LED arrays with a total of 7,200 lumens.

Camera and Sensors
The main camera is high resolution in NTSC format, with color or black & white options, wide dynamic range, and digital slow shutter. It has a sensitivity of 0.4 Lux in color mode and 0.001 Lux in B&W mode. The view angle is 90° horizontal and 140° diagonal, with 180° vertical tilt control. Integrated sensors include a 3D tilt compensated compass, leak indicator, internal temperature, depth sensor, MEMS gyro, water temperature, and system voltage.

Additional Features
The system supports auxiliary cameras, video enhancement, navigation, and positioning systems, including non-acoustic positioning and USBL. It also supports non-destructive testing tools like ultrasonic thickness and cathodic protection. Automation is available through CoPilot RI by Seebyte.

Control Panel Specifications
The control panel requires 100-240 VAC/50/60 Hz power, with a maximum power of 800 watts. It includes an Amrel Rocky IP-65 rated PC with an Intel Core i7 processor, MIL-STD & IP ratings of 810G, 461F, & IP65. The main display is a 15” daylight viewable IP-65 monitor, with a secondary 13.3” laptop screen. Recording is integrated with one-button hand-controlled video and still-image recording.

Tether
The tether is neutral buoyancy with a smaller diameter, available in standard neutral or negative buoyancy extensions. It is plug and play, with type and length selected based on usage.
