OptiFlow™ 790C Chopped Strands for Gypsum Wet Used Applications PROVISIONAL DATA-SHEET PRODUCT DESCRIPTION These wet used chopped strands (W UCS) are composed of Advantex® continuous glass strands, which have been manufactured with the Optiflow™ 790C chemical size and chopped into 1/2” lengths. T he Advant ex® g lass com bines t he excellent mechanical and electrical properties of traditional E-Glass and is the most environmentally friendly E-Glass with lower environmental foot print (boron-free and fluorine-free glass). PRODUCT APPLICATION Typical application is gypsum wall board reinforcement. OptiFlow™ fibers are specifically designed for higherfeed rate processes in "dry feed" application.
