VL9202 is composed of chopped filaments of Advantex® glass fiber, 16 microns in diameter, that are bonded together with a styrene insoluble binder system designed for pultrusion processes. Surfacing veil creates and strengthens the resin-rich surface of the composite part, providing a strong bond and enhancing the surface appearance by masking the coarse reinforcing fiber pattern. • Flexible and conformable to accommodate the process challenges associated with custom complex profiles.
