PRODUCT INFORMATION Chopped Strand Mat for Hand-Lay Up PRODUCT DESCRIPTION M134 Chopped Strand mat is made with medium size strands of E-glass, held together by a powder binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent. PRODUCT REFERENCE OCV™ Reinforcements code for this Chopped Strand mat number of trimmed edges (zero, one or two) PRODUCT APPLICATION This sizing system of the strands and the nature of the binder also make M134 suitable for use with epoxy, vinylester and anti- corrosion resins in the following applications: automotive, trucks, sport and leisure, urban, industrial and marine parts. Chopped Strand Mat for Hand-Lay Up PRODUCT AVAILABILITY • The main advantage of M134 Chopped Strand mat is the availability of an extensive range of widths and weights (widths from 10 to 340 cm, nominal weights from 80 to 900 g/m2). • Most combinations of weights and widths can be supplied. • A roll is considered to be complete if it measures more than Pallet height is equal to mat width + 17 cm.
