PRODUCT INFORMATION M113 Chopped Strand Mat for Hand-Lay Up PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This product is produced using Advantex® glass ber. Advantex® glass ber combines the electrical and mechanical properties of traditional E-glass with the acid corrosion resistance of E-CR glass. The M113 chopped strand mat is made with low size strands of Advantex® Glass Roving, held together by a powder binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent. This multi-purpose mat is used in numerous applications; this explains the extensive range of weights and widths available.
