OCV™Reinforcements PRODUCT INFORMATION Chopped Strands For Thermoset Reinforcement PRODUCT DESCRIPTION R63SX1 Chopped Strands is composed of continuous glass strands manufactured with R63S (silane type) size and chopped R63SX1 Chopped Strands is produced using Advantex® glass fiber. Advantex® glass fiber combines the electrical and mechanical properties of traditional E-glasses with the acid corrosion resistance of E-CR glass. PRODUCT APPLICATION R63SX1 is designed as a reinforcement for thermoset molding compounds used in compression molding applications.
