The installation requires a 101mm cut-out hole, suitable for hull thicknesses ranging from 12mm to 120mm. For lamp maintenance, a clearance of 170mm behind the cover is necessary. The driver should be installed at least 60cm above the tank top with adequate ventilation. The QT 130 HP comes with a 3-meter cable and a plug for connection to the driver enclosure socket.

Fitting and Maintenance:
Qualified personnel should perform the installation. A 4-inch/100mm clearance hole is needed, and the body flange should be coated with sealant before fitting. The compensating ring and securing ring should be adjusted to ensure a proper seal. For cored hulls, exposed surfaces must be finished to protect the internal core. The maximum hull thickness is 93mm. After installation, the body should be coated with antifouling and bonded to anodes or a cathodic protection system.

LED Replacement:
To replace the LED, unscrew the gland nut, remove the cover, and disconnect the LED plug. Remove the clamp ring and heat sink rings, clean all parts, and lightly coat threads with silicone grease before reassembly. Ensure the supply cable does not rotate during reassembly.

Driver Installation:
The driver must be installed with good ventilation, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C. The light is equipped with a 3-meter cable and an IP68 plug for connection to the driver enclosure.
