76-8-HELIDECK cute in size big on light DESCRIPTION - The Qt LED 76-8 is an Helideck indicator light designed to meet CAP 437 rules. The bezel, LED and lens is one complete unit and has an IP rating of IP 68 to 8 bar. This prevents any ingress of water and breathing which can damage the LED. The light must be fitted into an INSERT which is made from 316 stainless steel or 5083 aluminium for welding into superstructure. The helideck insert maintains deck integrity when the light is removed, this is a classification requirement for refueling the helicopter. Adjustment of the bezel height to make it flush with the finished deck can be done by using the adjustment rings. See QT 76-8 installation instructions.
