We advise that the light be installed 250mm below the waterline. Maintenance of the light is carried out from inside the hull. Dry docking is not necessary. The QT LED 130 comes fully assembled and ready for installation when the securing and compensating rings are removed. The LED is easily removed and replaced from the projector barrel. The LED has a wide beam of around 87 degree . The standard LED colour used is cool white but the light is also available on request with a Royal Blue LED chip.
