Product catalog summary
Product Characteristics
The Modular Pontoon 1500 is constructed from polyethylene (PE) and features internal air chambers for enhanced flotation. Its surface is anti-slip, allowing safe barefoot walking.

Advantages
The pontoon offers customizable shapes (e.g., T or L shapes), rigidity to prevent shaking, fast installation due to its simple connection mechanism, and easy cleaning.

Connection by Chains
Pontoons are interconnected using chains that run through internal pipes, secured with carabiners and washers.

Alternative Connection: Wood Frame
For configurations with gaps between pontoons, a wood frame is used. Two options are available: a wood frame fixed with chains or one that embraces the pontoon, both allowing for wood decking attachment.

Accessories
Accessories include rails, ladders, benches, gangways, plugs, washers, carabiners, chains, anchors, and sleeves. A default accessory list is provided, with adjustments based on specific configurations.

Assembly
Tools: Metal rod and chain strain tool.
Steps: Chains are inserted and secured through the pontoons using a metal rod, with washers and carabiners fixing the chains. Chains are strained manually or with a winch.

Anchoring
The dock can be anchored to the seabed using chains and anchors. On land, it can be secured to heavy structures or underground anchors.

Fixing with Port Extension and Piles
Port extensions and piles offer an alternative to anchoring, connecting to the ground or nearby structures. The connection process mirrors that of connecting two pontoons.
