Open the catalog to page 5Types of Fenders The most common types of pneumatic fenders that are compliant with the international standard ISO 17357-1:2014 are CTN (TYPE I & TYPE I Single) and sling fenders (TYPE II). Both fender types are typically suspended using chains or guy ropes, secured with shackles to an anchor or mooring point.
