Introduction
Topper International Ltd, with over 30 years of experience in thermoplastic engineering, has developed the Europti sailboat using advanced manufacturing techniques. The company has been recognized with the Horners Award for innovation in plastics design and manufacture.

Manufacturing Process
The Europti hulls are produced using a refined rota-moulding process, resulting in lighter, stiffer, and stronger hulls with consistent structural uniformity. The trilaminated structural polyethylene construction includes a lightweight honeycomb core and Metalicene® skins, ensuring toughness without increasing weight.

Quality and Materials
The Europti hulls are made from high-quality Metalicene® polyethylene, which is 41% stiffer and lighter, and 25% tougher than standard polyethylene. This material is UV stabilized, enhancing the boat's performance, durability, and lifespan.

  • Connected thwart, centreboard case, and buoyancy tanks for stiffness.
  • Reinforced bottom with ribs for extra stiffness and wear protection.
  • Self-bailing system with rubber balls for easy rinsing.
  • Options for a beginner-friendly sleeved sail or a racing sail for skilled sailors.
