Product Overview:
Prop Gel is a propeller antifouling paste that is whitish and opaque, based on PTFE. It is non-toxic, biocide-free, and safe for drinking water. The product remains soft and does not dry out.

Application Instructions:
1. Clean and degrease the propeller thoroughly.
2. Apply Prop Gel on land using a small bristle brush, no more than 3 hours before the vessel is placed in water.
3. Ensure the environment is free from dust and other airborne particles during application.
4. If fouling occurs, it can be removed easily with a water hose at the end of the season.

Application Restrictions:
- Avoid applying in dusty environments.
- Do not touch the gel after application.

Packing:
Available in single packs of approximately 40 grams.

An application test conducted by the magazine PALSTEK on 50 ships across the Baltic Sea, North Sea, and the Mediterranean in 2009 rated Prop Gel as 'Very Well Effective' by 80% of users.

Technical Information Product : Date : Prop Gel - Antifouling 11 / 2009 (This document supercedes all older versions.) Description Prop GEL is a pasty propeller antifouling. Prop Gel is a whitish, opaque paste based on PTFE. Prop GEL never dries out. Prop GEL is non-toxic, biocide-free, and drinking water neutral. Application Clean and degrease the propeller. A primer is not required. Prop GEL is applied on land, just before going into the water, covering the cleaned, defatted propeller with a small bristle brush. Prop GEL should be applied no more than 3 hours before crane into water. Prop GEL does not harden and stays soft! Prop GEL is sticky and must, therefore, be protected from dust or other airborne objects (sand, dust, sawdust, leaves ...), otherwise, it may affect its operation. If there is any fouling at the end of the season, it can easily be removed with a waterhose. Restrictions for applications Do not apply Prop GEL in a dusty environment. Don´t touch Prop GEL after application to disassembly with a cloth, sponge or similar.
