Boat Builders • Each time you introduce a new vessel model (or change an old one), a Tides Marine technical specialist will be available to discuss installation techniques and guidelines with production personnel. No charge. • A Tides Marine technical specialist will conduct regular "on-site" training sessions as requested by your production supervisors. No charge. • A Tides Marine representative will visit any dealer in your organization to train personnel regarding Tides parts and systems. No charge. • The Tides Marine design and product development staff are available to your engineers to discuss production techniques, performance criteria and any special circumstances which may arise when using Tides products. No charge. Dealers, Yards and Repair Facilities • If you find that a Tides Marine product is not functioning properly, contact Tides immediately. For approved warranties, standard replacement parts will be available to all US customers within 48 hours. • Tides Marine will explain repair/replacement procedures via phone or fax. If necessary, a Tides technical representative will travel to your facility to provide additional instruction. No charge. • If your service personnel make a mistake during the installation/repair, simply call Tides. New parts will be made available. No charge. • Tides Marine representatives will visit your facility to train your personnel in the repair and replacement of Tides products. No charge. Boat Owners • Each Tides Marine product is covered by a 2-year / 2500 engine hour (whichever comes first) warranty. • Tides Marine has worked with over 1,000 yards throughout the US and abroad. If you find repairs are necessary, chances are excellent that help is nearby. • The Tides Customer Service Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Limited Warranty Policy Unless covered by a unique product-specific warranty, merchandise is guaranteed for two years or 2500 engine hours (whichever comes first) against defects in material or workmanship. Tides Marine is not liable for part failure due to improper installation or misuse. If parts appear to be defective, call Tides to obtain a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) Number. Spare Seal Carriers product overview Tides Marine Spare Seal Carriers were developed as a convenient device to store spare lip seals. Installed at the same time as the SureSeal™, these carriers allow the vessel operator to replace worn lip seals without uncou- pling the shaft from the transmission. If necessary, the lip seals may be replaced in the water (no haul out). The Spare Seal Carrier is a light-weight, two-piece, non- metalic housing which is clamped to the propeller shaft between the SureSeal™ and the transmission coupling.
