Specifications:
The CI700E2 chiller unit operates with a power supply of 380 - 440 Vac / 50-60 Hz 3ph, with an option for 700 Vdc. It features a centrifugal sea water pump with a capacity of 3500 lt/min and a loop water pump with 3000 lt/min, both equipped with inverters. The unit uses refrigerants R1234yf, R513a, or R134a and includes two Bitzer screw compressors with inverter technology, offering a capacity range of 15 – 100%. The dimensions are 3600 x 1300 x 1350 mm, and it weighs 2750 Kg. The sea water working range is +3°C to +40°C, and the air working range is -20°C to +50°C. Noise levels are 78db at 50% compressor capacity, measured 1 meter from the unit. Waste heat recovery is facilitated by a shell & tube titanium exchanger with a 50kw capacity.

Performance:
The maximum cooling capacity is 700 kW, with a maximum power source requirement of 120 kW. The Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) is 5.7 at 60% of the chiller's maximum load. The cooling capacity is rated at 30°C of sea water.

Main Features:
The condenser is made of Titanium Grade 2, which is non-fouling, non-corrosive, and three times lighter than copper nickel, with a 50-year warranty. The evaporator is also made of full titanium, allowing for high glycol concentration. The compressor is a BITZER compact screw type with variable speed control from 15 – 100%. The frame is constructed from either Titanium or Stainless Steel 316/304.

Software Management:
The unit includes software management for compressor high/low temperature, high pressure condenser, low pressure compressor, electronic pressure gas/liquid, condensation control, evaporation control, and an electronic expansion valve.

Compressor Protection:
Protection features include over/undervoltage, overcurrent, torque, winding temperature, stepout (bad lubrication), power input/output, efficiency, overload, and oil level monitoring with an infrared optical sensor.

Electronics:
The unit is equipped with a microprocessor board with rs485 modbus RTU communication, interfacing with Termodinamica air handling units and fresh air units.

Performance Graphs:
The performance graphs indicate the chiller unit's efficiency and cooling capacity relative to sea water temperature, with chilled water temperatures at 5°C, 8°C, and 10°C.
