The connection K E Y F E AT U R E S • Underwater, wet mateable connections • Glass-to-metal sealed pressure barriers • Pressure compensated system system is designed for long-term reliability • Modular design to suit varying installation envelopes in the demanding subsea and downhole • Standard Ø1/4” (6.35mm) DHG control line interface environments with sour well (H2S) conditions, as well as aggressive production and packer fluids. Interfaces and product performance have been developed to conform to Petrobras spec I-ET-3000.00-1516-823-PEK-003, Wet Electrical Connector for PDG (Permanent Downhole Gauge). One of the key technologies that differentiates Teledyne DGO from others is reliable glassto-metal sealing. The inorganic materials used provide an inherently stable structure that exhibits no degradation attributed to • Dual-barrier philosophy throughout: - Primary metal seals - Secondary elastomer seals - Rig-testable interface seals • API 6A, 16D & 17D compliant: - HH material class (sour service) - Exceeds U temperature class - Product specification level 2 – PSL 2 • NACE MR0175 compliant • Simple, quick, secure, reliable Downhole Gauge connector rig terminations continuous HPHT exposure in aggressive media.
