Smart Hatch is a revolutionary shutter system designed for fiberglass yachts, offering ease of installation and customization. It is a pre-assembled kit that simplifies and accelerates the installation process on board, reducing workforce overlap during final setup.
Materials and Finishes
The Smart Hatch sash and frame are made from a special type of fiberglass that can be painted in any color using specific paints for fiberglass. The spider hinge model NANO120° and the lever lock are crafted from stainless steel AISI316 with a mirror-polished finish.

Installation Process

- Finish of Perimetral Frame: If the frame is installed raw, it will be plastered and painted with the frame. If finished, the gap is sealed with suitable products.
