THEORY OF OPERATION – HOW IT WORKS ? The operation of the BIOCON systems is simple and very effective. The system uses Air (oxygen) for the rapid oxidation of the organic material combined with chlorine (either 5% or 14% concentration recommended) for the germs elimination. The oxygen and the added chlorine meet in the suction line of the recycling current and are working in an aggressive reaction under strong turbulence on the organic matter, the surface of which has been previously optimally enlarged by a macerator to solids of maximum 0.5 mm dimensions.
