Overview
The TARDOSIL series is a system designed for processing pasty resins and liquid hardeners, specifically polyurethane, epoxy, or silicone. It is capable of outputting up to 30 liters per minute, depending on factors such as viscosity, mixing ratio, and hose length. The system ensures homogeneous mixing of components with significant viscosity differences or extreme mixing ratios using patented dynamic disposable plastic mixers.

System Features
The TARDOSIL machines can be configured as either mobile or stationary units. They support multiple components (2K or more) and offer customizable program functions and equipment features based on specific production needs. The system includes buffer tanks that can be automatically refilled to prevent process interruptions during dosing. Liquid components can be refilled manually or automatically from various containers. For enhanced process and operating safety, vacuum options are recommended.

Applications
The TARDOSIL series is suitable for various applications, including silicone mold production, adhesive processing, and gelcoat processing.
