The SGFlex-3F Series is a line of durable, corrosion-resistant flexible coupling assemblies designed for industrial applications, utilizing Tenpu® fiber technology. Suitable for harsh environments, they are used in marine, agricultural, and biogas industries.
Specifications
The series includes three coupling types: SGFlex-3FD for shaft-to-shaft, SGFlex-3FF for flywheel-to-shaft, and SGFlex-3FS for shaft-to-structure connections. Available in six sizes, they offer a torque range from 200Nm to 3,200Nm, made of high-quality elastomer and reinforced cords.
Design and Installation
Designed for easy installation and maintenance, the couplings allow flexible disc replacement without disassembling metal parts. Electroplated flanges resist corrosion and can be customized. They compensate for misalignments and dampen torque peaks and shock loads.

This torque can be permanently transferred in full by the flexible coupling.
