Katharina ROESPEL – Sales & Marketing Manager Napoleon Bonaparte, Marseilles Napoléon Bonaparte, Marseille When the Napoleon Bonaparte hit a quay and was shipwrecked last October in the harbor of Marseilles, mini-ROVs from Subsea Tech were used by DCNS to inspect the ship and secure the area of the accident. The moorings broke up due to very strong winds, the ship hit a quay and sank. Lors du naufrage du Napoléon Bonaparte, navire de la SNCM, le 28 octobre dernier à Marseille, les mini-ROV de Subsea Tech sont intervenus dans le cadre d’une mission de la DCNS afin de constater les dégâts. Le navire avait rompu ses amarres en raison de vents violents, heurté un quai et pris l'eau.
