Lantana Surface drone 4 thrusters 1 surface-mounted dome camera 2 inwater colour cameras Ultra-portable The Lantana is an ultra-portable surface inspection robot equipped with 4 longitudinal thrusters positioned so that it can manoeuvre in confined spaces. It has a Full HD PTZ dome camera above the water and two high-resolution underwater cameras, the front of which is mounted on Pan&Tilt. This robot has been specially designed for inspections in semi-submerged pipes. The control console is equipped with an 8" LCD screen, a digital recorder/player, joysticks and a control keypad, allowing a number of automatic mode options to be selected. It also has two video outputs for connecting an additional screen or recorder. The complete system, including its umbilical cable, is packed in two air transportable (checked luggage) suitcases (Pelicase), with a total weight of 45 kg. The Lantana can also support an imaging sonar (Blueprint Oculus M750d) and a profiling sonar (Imagenex 831A) to make acoustic imaging in case in low visibility waters such as found in sewage or rain waters pipes UNDERWATER CAMERAS The Lantana is equipped with 2 high-sensitivity 700 TVL cameras. The rear camera is fixed and the front camera is mounted on a Pan & Tilt turret. OUT-OF-WATER CAMERA It is also equipped with a full HD dome PTZ camera for inspecting the above water part of the pipes. The Lantana has 2 swivelling 3000 lumen LED strips for surface lighting and 4 x 1200 lumens with variable intensity for the in-water section.
