The STADT Group was founded by Hallvard L. Slettevoll back in 1985. In December 2015- the 30th anniversary was celebrated. At the same time the group moved in to the new and modern STADT Maritime Center in Gjerdsvika. With a location in the middle of the maritime cluster on the west coast of Norway, the aim has always been to develop power inverters for ship applications.
