DM - Monosert & Duosert Inserts
Dimensions are provided in millimeters (inches) unless otherwise stated. The outer panel has a maximum thickness of 4.5 mm (.177 inches) and can range from 1.2 mm (.047 inches) to 4.5 mm (.177 inches). The frame is fixed using an M6 x 1 screw.
Material and Finish:
For the MonoSert rack attach, the material is steel with a zinc plating. For the DuoSert rack attach, the material is a zinc alloy and stainless steel with a natural finish.
Installation Notes:
For the MonoSert, the maximum tightening torque is 2 N·m (17.7 in·lbf). For the DuoSert, the maximum tightening torque is 10 N·m (88.5 in·lbf) and the maximum panel thickness is 1 - 1.2 mm (.039 - .047 inches). A flat blade screwdriver is recommended for installation.
