TECHNICAL ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEATS The flush cleat combines aesthetics and functionality. Before fitting the cleat on the deck, you have to check, (when the cleat is opened in working position), if it is possible to put the locking bolts through the holes. Only if this step is not possible, you have to unscrew the rods (4), to rotate the beam of the cleats and to fit the bolts through the locking holes. Warning : the frame (2) must matches perfectly the deck . After the assembly of the frame (2) fit the bolts and tighten securely the nuts below the counter plate under the deck....
