Construction

The hull and deck are constructed from a single piece GRP mould using a combination of chopped strand mat, bi-directional knit fabric, and balsa core, hand-laminated under controlled temperatures with Isophthalic polyester resin.
The exterior features a mirror glaze gel-coat finish.
The hull is reinforced with GRP molded frames filled with polyurethane and bonded to the hull bottom.
Plywood replaces balsa on the deck to support deck fittings.
All materials used are approved marine quality.
