This fabric is labeled ORCA 1670 decitex. Hand-made assembly and double cold glue vulcanization by high skilled workforce are performed. An additional strip is glued at the edge of each panel junction as well as a strip inside all assembled parts in order to ensure a perfect watertight quality preventing from any leakage. The outer CSM coating is an elastomer resistant to heat and abrasion in opposition to the fabrics coated with plastomer (PVC).
