Fabric and Construction: The boat's fabric is made of polyester coated with Neoprene inside and CSM outside, labeled ORCA 1670 decitex. It is hand-assembled with double cold glue vulcanization to ensure watertight quality. The CSM coating provides resistance to heat and abrasion, suitable for extreme temperatures.

The 525 RD UM is able to carry 12 persons. This fabric is labeled ORCA 1670 decitex. Hand-made assembly and double cold glue vulcanization by high skilled workforce are performed. An additional strip is glued at the edge of each panel junction as well as a strip inside all assembled parts in order to ensure a perfect watertight quality preventing from any leakage. The outer CSM coating is an elastomer resistant to heat and abrasion in opposition to the fabrics coated with plastomer (PVC). Thus, Sillinger uses fabrics of very strong resistance to extremely high or low temperatures.
