Description: SIGMAWELD™ 120 is a two-component, polyamide-cured epoxy prefabrication primer designed for automatic application on shot blasted steel plates. Substrate Conditions and Temperatures: The steel substrate should be blast cleaned to ISO-Sa2½ with a blasting profile of 40 – 70 µm. The substrate temperature during application should be at least 3°C above the dew point and between 35°C and 40°C for automatic application.

Instructions for Use: The mixing ratio is 75:25 by volume (base to hardener). The mixture should be strained and may require thinning with THINNER 90-53. The pot life is 24 hours at 20°C. Application can be done via air spray or airless spray, with specific nozzle orifice and pressure recommendations.
